Low Incidence Disabilities & Deaf/Hard of HearingStudents with Low Incidence Disabilities include those students who have Significant Cognitive Disabilities, Medically Fragile issues, Deaf or Hard o-of-Hearing issues and/or Deafblindness. This Education Specialist can provide staff development and technical assistance to Region 3 districts. Programming for these disabilities focuses on curriculum design and implementation of instructional strategies.
