Service areas are:
Provide technical assistance in all phases of program operations of school food service professional.
Provide on-site technical assistance to school districts scheduled for Coordinated Review Effort (CRE) reviews conducted by the Texas Department of Agriculture. These on-site visits will be prior to the CRE review and follow-up as needed to assist in developing and implementing corrective action.
Conduct a School Meal Initiative (SMI) evaluation of menu's for school districts scheduled for a CRE review by Texas Department of Agriculture.
