R3 Printshop

Print jobs are welcome from anyone, whether you are a Region 3 employee, school district, organization, business, or member of the community. We are happy to accommodate projects of all sizes, from small, everyday printing needs to larger, more complex orders.

To determine which form to use, please select the option that best represents your organization. Schools and school districts within the Region 3 service area should submit the School District Form. If you are a Region 3 employee you should submit an Internal Print Job form. Businesses, organizations, individuals, and other customers not affiliated with a school, district, or Region 3 should submit the External Print Job form.

To place an order, simply select the appropriate link above for either an External or Internal print job. You’ll be directed to the corresponding order form to submit your print request.

Our pricing is designed with education budgets in mind, offering affordable, competitive rates for high-quality printing. We strive to provide exceptional value and cost-effective solutions compared with many commercial printing options.

We kindly request two weeks for standard turnaround on print orders. If you have a project with a shorter deadline, please contact the Print Shop directly. Our team will be happy to work with you and make every effort to accommodate your requested completion date.

For the best print quality, please submit your files as print-ready PDFs with the appropriate crop marks and bleed included.
